1. About Logic Link Express

Logic Link Express LLC ("Logic Link Express," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a medical courier and healthcare logistics company operating in South Florida. We provide STAT delivery, specimen transport, organ and tissue transport, pharmacy delivery, and related services to healthcare facilities, laboratories, pharmacies, and other medical clients throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at logiclinkexpress.com (the "Site") and any courier services we provide to you ("Services").

2. Use of This Website

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. By accessing our Site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect information from the Site

3. Quote Requests and Service Agreements

Submitting a quote request form on our Site does not constitute a binding service agreement. It is a request for information only. A binding service agreement is formed only when both parties have agreed in writing (including by email) to the specific terms, pricing, and scope of a delivery or route.

Logic Link Express reserves the right to accept or decline any service request at its sole discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Logic Link Express for courier services are responsible for:

• Providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses and contact information
• Ensuring that all items tendered for delivery are properly packaged, labeled, and legally permissible to transport
• Disclosing any special handling requirements (temperature control, biohazard, chain of custody, etc.) at the time of booking
• Complying with all applicable regulations governing the shipment of medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, human tissue, and other regulated materials
• Ensuring an authorized representative is available at pickup and delivery locations during the agreed time window

Logic Link Express is not responsible for delays, damage, or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information, improper packaging, or the client's failure to meet these responsibilities.

5. HIPAA and Regulatory Compliance

Logic Link Express operates in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations governing medical courier services, including HIPAA requirements related to the transport of protected health information (PHI). Where required, we will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with covered entities prior to service.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA, DEA regulations for controlled substances, and FDA regulations for biologics and human tissue.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logic Link Express LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Damage to items resulting from improper packaging by the client
• Losses arising from inaccurate delivery information provided by the client

Our maximum liability for any single delivery or service event shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.

7. No Guarantee of Availability

While we strive to provide 24/7 dispatch support, Logic Link Express does not guarantee the availability of couriers at all times. STAT and urgent requests are fulfilled on a best-effort basis subject to driver availability and geographic constraints.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Logic Link Express reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design — is the property of Logic Link Express LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted by Netlify and uses Google Fonts. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Logic Link Express is not responsible for the practices of these providers.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
